Privacy & terms
Plain language, no legal padding: what we collect when you apply or contact us, and the terms that apply once you take a place in a cohort.
Privacy notice
Your information
- What we collect
- The details you submit through the enrolment and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, location, chosen programme, preferred format, experience level, how you heard about us and anything you write in the message field.
- Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry, advise you on a programme, confirm cohort dates and fees, process your enrolment and place you on your internship and community access.
- Who can see it
- The WeDigital Academy admissions and academic teams, and the mentors assigned to you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
- How long we keep it
- Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Student records are kept for as long as we support your learning and career journey.
- Your choices

Terms of enrolment
What we expect of each other
01Enrolment and confirmation
Submitting the enrolment form is an application, not a contract. Your place is confirmed once admissions has agreed your programme, format and cohort with you.
02Fees and payment
The fee quoted at confirmation is the fee you pay. It covers classes, materials, mentorship, career support, the six-month internship and the welcome pack. Instalment arrangements must be agreed in writing before your cohort starts.
03Attendance
Programmes are live and progress depends on attendance. Persistent absence may mean deferral to a later cohort so you can complete the work properly.
04Changing format or cohort
You may request a move between online and physical classes, or a deferral to a later cohort, subject to availability. Ask admissions before your cohort starts wherever possible.
05Internship
The six-month internship is included with enrolment and depends on your completing the programme work and meeting the placement standards set by your supervisor.
06Conduct
Class and community spaces require respectful, professional behaviour. Harassment, plagiarism, sharing paid materials and recruitment spam can end your access.
07Certificates and outcomes
You receive a certificate of completion for your programme. WeDigital Academy does not guarantee employment; we provide training, experience, preparation and access to opportunities.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Questions can be sent to admissions@wedigitalacademy.com.
